Store #44 – Parque Vía Vallejo
 
Store #44 a 3,767 square feet retail store located within Parque Vía Vallejo in Mexico City. Strategically positioned in one of the city’s premier mixed-use shopping destinations, the store will strengthen the brand’s presence in a high-traffic commercial environment featuring approximately 150 retail stores, restaurants, entertainment venues, and services. Estimated opening: August 2026.
 
Store #45 – Centro Tepozán
 
Store #45 a 4,435 square feet retail store located within Centro Tepozán in Los Reyes La Paz, State of Mexico. Strategically positioned in one of the main commercial corridors in eastern Greater Mexico City, the store will serve a densely populated trade area and benefit from more than 30 linear meters of storefront frontage, providing exceptional visibility and customer accessibility. Estimated opening: August 2026.
 
Store #46 – Cruz del Sur
 
Store #46 a 4,639 square feet retail store located within Cruz del Sur in Puebla City, expanding JOi Dollar Plus’ presence to four stores in the state. The store is strategically located within a major commercial corridor and forms part of a shopping center with more than 70 retail stores, providing strong visibility and consistent customer traffic. Estimated opening: August 2026.
